Should I protect from wireless EMF?  I guessed this because that was my first reaction when I was introduced to the subject.  Wireless appliances such as W-Fi and mobile phones emit EMF (Electro Magnetic Frequency) a high frequency level of microwave radiation.  Whilst we might not be aware of it, there is scientific evidence that suggests this radiation is effecting us.

Studies have shown that radiation from our mobile phones decreases the levels of melatonin, the hormone that helps us sleep.  The pineal gland, located in the brain, sees high frequency radiation as a form of bright light which stops melatonin production.  Waking up feeling like you’ve only just got into bed is never a nice feeling, but are we affecting more than a good nights kip?



In addition to insomnia, the EMF radiation can also cause problems within child development, and can affect cell growth.  With more evidence suggesting the wireless world can be damaging, it is time we took precaution to protect ourselves and loved ones.  After researching what effect radiation has on our bodies, I was very shocked at the potential harm we are putting ourselves in.  I’m sure you’ve all read about the increase in mental health, and that suicide rates are on the rise, especially in men, with 121 suicides happening every day.  Could it be that radiation plays a part in our mental as well as our physical health?  When given advice about controlling our mental health, the first thing we are told is to ‘look after ourselves‘.  Whilst having a bath and drinking a cup of tea might cheer us up for 5 minutes, it’s not going to do anything in the long run.

How to Block EMF

Now before you start running around in radiation suits, it is important to find out if you are personally at risk in your own home, and the good news is it couldn’t be simpler!  Hiring or buying a microwave radiation detector (Clink the link and check it out!)  will be the first step to see just how much radiation is in your environment, and you’ll be very surprised.  You can also arrange an EMF professional survey, which will tell you potential cellular radiation networks in your environment, and how they are effecting you and your family.

As we get older, we become more vulnerable to certain things and have the additional pressure to protect your family.  Radiation is EVERYWHERE.  No matter how much you try, you cannot avoid it.  Protecting yourself sooner rather than later can help you avoid future illnesses and better your health, and it couldn’t be any easier to do!  Simply using a smart meter shield or purchasing an EMF phone case could make a huge difference in your lifestyle.
